The Sheng Yang He Lab at Duke University, Department of Biology, has an opening for an Associate in Research. The lab utilizes contemporary methods in molecular genetics, genomics, cell biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics and microbiology to answer basic and translational questions in the study of “plant-microbe-climate” multidimensional interactions. The successful candidate will assist Sheng Yang He in various aspects of lab operations, ranging from conducting plant and microbial research, lab administration and management, and supervision of undergraduate researchers.
Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with plants and microbes are required
