The newly established state-of-the-art Secure Next Generation Resilient Systems Lab (SENTRY) (https://cemse.kaust.edu.sa/sentry/) of Prof. Charalambos Konstantinou (https://cemse.kaust.edu.sa/people/person/charalambos-konstantinou) of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) invites applications for multiple post-doctoral positions in the broad area of cyber-physical systems (CPS) security and resiliency.

We offer fixed term contract for the duration of up to 3 years (initial appointment will be for a period of 1 year and after satisfactory evaluation it can be extended for a total duration of 3 years).

Qualifications
We welcome candidates with a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical or/and Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Informatics, or a closely related field, with a strong background in the theory and practice of one or more of Cybersecurity, CPS and IoT Resiliency, Industrial Control and Smart Grid Systems, Digital Real-time Simulation, Networks and/or Real-Time and Embedded Systems.

The candidates are expected to have: a strong motivation to identify and solve scientific problems in an interdisciplinary collaborative research environment, excellent problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, high-level written and oral communication skills with the ability to represent the research team at national and international conferences, and a record of publications in quality, peer reviewed journals and conferences. We consider as an added advantage proven track record in research project definition and management, team leading, research collaboration with industrial partners, experience in supporting PhD candidates in their research.
