The FinTech master’s Program in the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University (Durham, NC) invites applications for a Non Regular Rank Adjunct Professor position.

The Pratt School of Engineering is seeking a professor in the Master of Engineering FinTech degree program. Successful candidates will be expected to:

•Teach 1-3 courses each year within the current curriculum. •Collaborate across department and school boundaries. •Develop and deliver applications oriented courses related to the current curriculum.

The adjunct position to teach a class in Advanced blockchain and Decentralized Finance as part of the Master of Engineering in Financial Technology and will provide students with detailed instruction into solidity coding, complex smart contract development, and the development of DeFi applications across a variety of asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree or commensurate industry experience. Extensive knowledge of the latest methods and applications of blockchain is strongly preferred as is demonstrated work in industry developing and delivering blockchain solutions.
