Hourly, 15 hours a week, Associate in Research position in the Alberts lab in the Department of Biology at Duke University. The Associate in Research will support numerous projects in the lab studying the evolution of animal behavior in the savannah baboons in Amboseli National Park in southern Kenya. Responsibilities will primarily be devoted to data entry, but may involve other “dry lab” tasks on an as-needed basis. This position is part of a research team, and training and mentoring will be provided. A B.S./B.A is required, preferably in Biology or a related field. Ideal candidates should be well-organized, self-motivated, experienced with data entry, and should have an above-average familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
