Non-tenure-track Teaching Faculty Positions in the Department of Chemistry, National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan
The Department of Chemistry at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) is seeking to recruit several non-tenure-track, full-time teaching faculty members starting from February 1, 2023. All rankings are open, depending on experience and qualification of the applicants.
Candidates committed to excellence in teaching are encouraged to apply. Duties of this position primarily focus on general chemistry and other laboratory courses (e.g. general, organic, analytical/instrumental, physical, and inorganic chemistry laboratories for undergraduates), and to support the events/courses under all-time English-lecturing policy of NSYSU. Excellent English skills for teaching are required, and will be carefully evaluated during the recruiting process. International candidates without Taiwan citizenship are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with research specialty in all fields of chemistry are welcome. Responsibilities include a minimum teaching load of 9 credit hours for each semester, according to the University policy. Personal office space will be provided; the salary would be commensurate with the tenure track professors.

Candidate qualifications:
Ph.D. degree in chemistry. Post-doctoral experience for more than one year is preferred.
