(POSTDOC) Klarman Fellowship in the College of Arts & Sciences, Cornell University:

Cornell University’s College of Arts & Sciences invites applications from early-career scholars of exceptional talent, initiative and promise for up to six Klarman Fellowships. Klarman Fellows may pursue research in any discipline in the College, including natural sciences, social sciences, humanities and the creative arts as well as cross-cutting fields that transcend traditional boundaries.

Appointments are for three years and begin in late summer/early fall 2023. The Fellowship offers an annual stipend of $75,000 plus Cornell benefits and $12,000 per year for research expenses. Applicants must have earned a doctoral degree no earlier than May 1, 2021 and must identify a faculty member in the College of Arts & Sciences to serve as their faculty host. Pay Ranges:

The hiring rate of pay for the successful candidate will be determined considering the following criteria:

  • Prior relevant work or industry experience.
  • Education level to the extent education is relevant to the position.
  • Academic Discipline (faculty pay ranges reflects 9-month annual salary)
  • Unique applicable skills.
