The Department of Cultural Anthropology at Duke University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the area of medical anthropology, beginning July 1, 2023. Area of expertise is open.

The successful candidate should have a strong and ethnographically grounded research program, a commitment to innovative undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentorship, and the potential to build bridges with relevant units across the university. All requirements for the Ph.D. must be completed by July 1, 2023.
