|Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position at the Stanford Institute for Theoretical Physics (SITP) in condensed matter theory beginning in Fall 2014. Prospective candidates should submit a curriculum vitae, publication list and outline of research interests, and should arrange for letters of reference to be sent electronically through academicjobsonline. This position is made possible through a grant from the Templeton Foundation for a subgroup of our group (Kivelson, Qi, and Raghu) and preference will be given to candidates who can take advantage of the close connections that exist in our group between condensed matter theory and the associated string theory subgroup (Hartnoll, Kachru, and Silverstein) in the SITP. The successful applicant will also be encouraged to interact with and/or collaborate with the other members of our group in the SITP ï¿½ Devereaux, Doniach, Fisher, Laughlin, and Zhang, as well as with the condensed matter experimental groups at Stanford.
