We invite applications for one or more Postdoctoral positions in theoretical high energy physics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada to begin in September, 2024. The successful applicant(s) will have a strong research record in fields which overlap with the research interests of the high energy theory group at UBC which includes faculty Julio Parra-Martinez, Joanna Karczmarek, Nick Rodd Moshe Rozali, Gordon Semenoff, Mark van Raamsdonk and Ariel Zhitnitsky.

Qualifications: PhD in Physics or a closely related field, and expertise in theoretical high energy physics, including some of but not limited to quantum field theory, string theory, quantum gravity, theoretical and phenomenological particle physics and particle astrophysics. Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, a CV including a publication record, and a statement of research plans. Please submit three letters of recommendation. Review of applications will continue until the positions are filled, however applications would be most effective if received by December 1, 2023.
