The Global Undergraduate Program in Semiconductors (GUPS) at National Taiwan University calls for applications for one Project Faculty Position (Assistant Professor or above) in “Semiconductor Device and Process, Semiconductor Materials, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Circuits or Digital Circuits” starting from February 1, 2025.

A doctoral degree and the capability to teach in English are required. Applicants shall also be able to teach undergraduate-level professional courses for 16 credits every academic semester, including 9-10 in General Education Common Core Courses and 6-7 in program specialized courses. They also need to assist the program with administrative and student affairs.
