|The Economics Department and the Womenâ€™s Studies Program at Colgate University invite applications for a joint open-rank tenure-stream (or tenured) position commencing in Fall 2014. Strong preference will be given to candidates specializing in gender economics and interdisciplinary approaches to women's studies. The successful candidateâ€™s teaching will include both Economics and Women's Studies courses with an expectation that some courses will integrate the two disciplines. All Colgate faculty are expected to participate in all-university programs, including the Liberal Arts Core Curriculum. Completion of Ph.D. prior to or shortly after the date of hire is expected.
