The lecturer also will help students produce content and programming for distribution on campus web and broadcast platforms and will contribute related academic service. We seek a colleague with broad professional and teaching abilities, who can help students develop basic and advanced cross-platform skills and a contextual and critical approach to the field. The department is especially interested in candidates with a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in a multicultural educational environment.
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Journalism or a closely related field and significant professional experience. The position begins January 1, 2014, or no later than June 1, 2014, and salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
