The Stanford Department of Political Science invites applications for a tenure-track, assistant professor position, open to all subfields. The term of appointment would begin September 1, 2017. Successful candidates must demonstrate evidence of a creative research trajectory and a commitment to excellence in teaching at both graduate and undergraduate levels. Applicants should send three professional letters of recommendation, a letter of interest along with their curriculum vitae, a writing sample and a brief statement of research interest (no more than three pages).
