|Responsibilities & Requirements: The Economics Department at Stony Brook University seeks to fill a position at the Lecturer level beginning in Fall 2017. The Department is seeking candidates with a proven strong record of teaching quality. Candidates should have a PhD in Economics or be close to completion. The selected candidate will be expected to teach in the Department to meet the departmental curriculum needs, and play an active role in the department. |
Special Notes: This is a non-tenure track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Anticipated Start Date: August 28, 2017. The selected candidate must successfully clear a background investigation.
