Position Description: Benedictine University at Mesa is seeking a full-time instructor to teach a range of courses in our undergraduate programs in Management and Organizational Behavior, beginning Fall 2017.  The applicant must be able to teach a wide array of undergraduate courses in management, economics, and/or business law.  The teaching load is four courses per semester.  Duties include advising majors and minors, assessing student performance in accordance with University assessment practices, assists the program director in managing adjunct faculty in the program and the implementation of the curriculum of study, participates in faculty meetings and College/University committee activities, as well as other duties centered on teaching, service, and scholarship.


Qualifications: the applicant must hold at least an MBA or equivalent in a management with preference given to a terminal degree in management or law.  Significant post-secondary experience teaching is strongly desired.  Significant, documented, industry experience is a plus.  The ability and experience to teach across disciplines (e.g. economics, management, and business law) is also a plus.  Applicants must have legal authority to work in the USA at the time of appointment.  Benedictine University at Mesa will not sponsor work visa applications.  And, applicants must be supportive of the Roman Catholic and Benedictine mission and identity of Benedictine University at Mesa.
