*** The account for Department of Physics, Engineering Physics, and Astronomy, Queen's University has expired, and no new applications will be accepted. ***

Queen’s University and the Canadian Particle Astrophysics Research Centre (CPARC) will have several postdoctoral fellowships available in astroparticle theory, particle phenomenology, cosmology, and high energy theory beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year. Applicants will be selected based on their ability to conduct independent theory research and their potential to collaborate with the world-class astroparticle experimentalists and astrophysicists at Queen’s University.

Postdoctoral fellows will join the new Astroparticle and High Energy Theory group at Queen’s University, alongside the astroparticle experimental faculty, Joseph Bramante, Stéphane Courteau, Kristine Spekkens, Aaron Vincent, Lawrence Widrow, and any additional theory faculty hired before the Fall of 2018. All candidates will be considered for a joint affiliation with Perimeter Institute. Three year appointments are available, with renewal after the second year. Salary will be competitive with postdoctoral positions in North America and commensurate with experience. Applicants are required to have a PhD in physics or astronomy prior to starting the postdoctoral fellowship.
