Description: The Department of Biological Chemistry and Pharmacology, in the College of Medicine at The Ohio State University, invites applications from investigators using zebrafish as a model organism for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will join a vibrant and cohesive zebrafish community at The Ohio State University. The department has complementing strengths in motor neuron disorders, neuromuscular biology, RNA biology and epigenetics. There is also a college-wide program to enhance research in neurodegenerative diseases. Research programs that are in neurodegeneration or complement department strengths are particularly encouraged.
