The Pittsburgh Particle physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology Center (PITT PACC, http://www.pittpacc.pitt.edu/) at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for the Samuel P. Langley PITT PACC Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow in theoretical and experimental particle physics starting in the fall of 2021. The appointment is initially for two years with the possibility of extension for a third year. Competitive salary and research funds will be provided. Members of PITT PACC conduct theoretical, experimental, and observational research in the broad areas of particle physics, astrophysics and cosmology. In addition to actively performing scholarly research, the fellow will help coordinate PITT PACC academic activities, e.g., hosting visitors and organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences. The successful candidate must have a PhD degree and strong research credentials.
