The theoretical high energy physics group at the Florida State University invites applications for a postdoctoral position in theoretical particle physics specializing in the field of physics beyond the standard model (BSM). The position will start in Fall 2022 and will be for 2+1 years, with the third year contingent upon funding.

A unique strength of our theory group is the presence of both BSM and precision calculation expertise with synergies between the two areas. Our BSM faculty members are Takemichi Okui and Kohsaku Tobioka, with very broad research interests such as (effective) field theories, collider and flavor phenomenologies, astroparticle physics, and cosmology, while our precision side has Fernando Febres Cordero and Laura Reina.

Please apply through AJO. The application should include a CV, a research statement, and a list of publications. The applicant should also arrange for at least three letters of recommendation to be submitted through the same portal. Priority will be given to applications received by December 17, 2021, when the process of reviewing applications will start. Submissions will be considered until the positions are filled.
