About the center: Shanghai Center for Complex Physics (SCCP), a unit of the School of Physics and Astronomy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (http://sccp.physics.sjtu.edu.cn) conducts experimental and theoretical research at the interface between traditional condensed matter physics and the newer field of quantum information, including topological quantum computing, unconventional and high-transition temperature superconductors, topological quantum materials and strongly entangled many-electron systems. Professor Tony Leggett, 2003 Nobel Prize laureate, is its founding director and Professor Ying Liu is its executive director. The working language of the Center is English.
