The Department of Economics at Macalester College invites applications for a full-time tenure track position at the Assistant Professor or early Associate Professor level to begin in the 2023-24 academic year. We seek candidates with teaching and research interests in any subfield of Labor Economics. Macalester College values a strong commitment to research, a promise of successful scholarly engagement, and dedication to teaching excellence in a liberal arts environment. The teaching load is four courses the first year, five courses per year thereafter. Ph.D. expected by August 2023.
