The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign nuclear theory/astrophysics group expect to have one or more open postdoctoral research positions commencing in the fall of 2023. Appointments are for a two year term with potential extension to a third year. We are seeking candidates specializing in nuclear theory or computational astrophysics, broadly defined. Applicants should be proficient in c or c++. Faculty working in the area of interest are Jacquelyn Noronha-Hostler, Jorge Noronha, and Nicolas Yunes. This postdoc will be a member of the MUSES collaboration: https://muses.physics.illinois.edu and as such will have opportunities to collaborate with various members of the collaboration.
