Position Description
The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign nuclear theory group expects to have an open postdoctoral research position commencing in the fall of 2024 (start date if flexible). Appointments are for a two year term with potential extension to a third year. We are seeking candidates specializing in high-energy nuclear theory, relativistic fluids, or nuclear astrophysics, broadly defined. Faculty working in the area of interest are Jacquelyn Noronha-Hostler and Jorge Noronha.
