Koç University, Department of Media and Visual Arts (MAVA) invites applications for full-time open rank faculty position (beginning September 2022). Areas of specialization are open, but candidates specializing in emerging media, media institutions, mass communication, media effects, media and politics, platforms, or strategic communication are particularly encouraged to apply. We especially encourage applications from candidates whose research agenda is interdisciplinary and from candidates with experience in computational approaches.

Successful candidates will be expected to teach two courses per semester and are expected to have an active research agenda. At the time of employment, candidates should have a PhD in a related field. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
