Adjunct Instructors in Graduate Data Analytics at Georgetown University Position Description The MS Analytics program at Georgetown University is seeking part-time instructors to join our effort. We have opportunities to teach existing courses in collaboration with Georgetown professors, and to develop new curriculum independently. We are particularly interested in candidates with advanced degrees and industry experience in data science with emphasis in statistics and machine learning (including mathematical fundamentals, advanced algorithms, and special topics such as time series analysis, text processing, and computer vision), or emphasis in computer science (particularly cloud computing and software tools for parallel implementations, algorithm design, and database systems and software), and engineering and social application areas. Qualifications Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in computer science, math or statistics, or a related field with experience in data science and prior university teaching experience. (We will consider applicants with an MS degree and very strong industry and teaching experience.) Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.
