The High Energy Physics Center of Tsinghua University invites applications for postdoctoral positions to start in September of 2018.

The successful applicant will join an exciting and growing theoretical physics group, including Yu-Ping Kuang, Tao Han (adjunct), Qing Wang and Haipeng An. Research in our group covers collider physics, electroweak scale new physics model building, dark matter phenomenology, and cosmology. We have strong ties to experimental particle physics groups in Tsinghua University, including the CDEX dark matter direct detection experiment, a group of the LHCb experiment and a group of the ATLAS experiment. We also have connections to the Yau Mathematical Sciences Center where several faculties are working on mathematical physics. Successful candidates are expected to build up connections between particle theories and experimental programs. We also have strong connections to other high energy physics institutes in Beijing as well, including Peking University, ITP and IHEP of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The initial appointment is for 2 years with possible renewal for a third year. The salary and research funding we offer will be internationally competitive.

To be considered for a postdoctoral position, applications should be received by December 15, 2017. To apply the applicants should submit a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a list of publications, a statement of research interests and at least three letters of recommendation.
