The Department of Physics at Boise State University seeks an experimental biophysicist with a PhD in physics or a closely related discipline and subsequent research experience. This is a tenure-track physics faculty position, preferably at the rank of Assistant Professor, starting in August 2018. Building a vigorous externally-funded research program that engages undergraduate physics majors and PhD students in Boise State’s interdisciplinary Biomolecular Sciences PhD program is essential, as is a passion for research and teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level.
