New York Genome Center: Junior Faculty Appointment in Human Genetics and Genomics The NYGC Faculty comprises an exceptional group of primary basic science faculty with research interests spanning human genetics, computational biology, genomics, developmental biology, single cell analysis, epigenetics, and genome engineering (http://www.nygenome.org/lab-groups-overview/). Faculty hold joint appointments with departments at NYC-area universities, such as Cornell University, Columbia University, and New York University.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree, and have an outstanding research record. Applications should include a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a description of previous research (1 page), a concise statement of research plans (up to 2 pages), reprints of two publications and three letters of reference.
