Duke University Press (DUP) seeks a Business Systems Coordinator (Project Coordinator). DUP’s technology portfolio has grown as we utilize our systems and platforms to develop new services for reaching our customers, at both the institutional and individual levels. We seek candidates who wish to kick-start their career in business analysis and project management through a role that coordinates and participates in the planning and management of publishing information systems and websites. The BizSys Coordinator will assist our business analysts in optimizing software and services to meet the business needs of the Press. This is a full-time position reporting to the Information Systems Manager, and is a member of DUP’s Business Information & Technology Services group.

This position is designed to allow for a wide variety of experiences and skillsets to come into it and be successful. Because this person will work across all of our systems, we expect to do a lot of training and don't expect anyone to come in with all the necessary knowledge and experience.
