Position Overview: The Department of History invites applications for a one year term at the rank of lecturer in modern U.S. history (1865 to the present) for the 2019-2020 academic year. The successful candidate will teach survey courses in American history from the pre-contact period through the present and upper division undergraduate courses in modern American history. The course load is four four-credit courses (two different course preparations) per semester.

Qualifications: AB.D or Ph.D. in History is required by time of appointment
