The Department of Political Science at Duke University invites applications for a post-doctoral position focusing on the application of dimensional reductions methods to collective action. The position is for one year and will begin July 1, 2023. The position will entail working with Prof. David Siegel on developing specialized IRT and text analysis models and applying them to questions of collective action, including the context of substate conflict. 

The successful candidate must have their PhD by July 1, 2023 and have prior experience and expertise in all relevant areas.
