The Department of Chemistry at Rice University seeks applicants for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor rank with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2023. Assistant Professor in Chemistry will teach undergraduate and graduate classes, perform high-quality research and publish findings in peer-reviewed publications. Must have a PhD in Chemistry or related field or have completed all the requirements for the degree by July 1, 2023. We seek faculty members who will develop a dynamic and innovative research program and who will excel in teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels, while embracing Rice University and Department of Chemistry culture of excellence and helping to further our strategic commitments to increase diversity.
