The Department of Physics at Duke University invites applications for a Lecturer position, beginning January 1st 2020.

Candidates must have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and student mentoring. We seek experienced candidates with a Ph.D. in Physics or Mathematics and 5+ years of teaching experience at the University level, in particular with large introductory physics courses. Candidates should have the ability to teach the full spectrum of courses up to the advanced graduate level. In addition, candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to inclusive excellence and be committed to working in and contributing to a diverse department.
