The Neuroscience of Language Lab at Duke University invites applications for a postdoctoral scholar. Our lab is affiliated with the Duke Institute for Brian Sciences (BIAC) and the Linguistics Program, which includes a vibrant, interdisciplinary community of language researchers with expertise in cognitive neuroscience. State-of-the-art scanning and data analysis facilities are available and located at BIAC in the Duke Medical Center. Research focuses on cognitive neurolinguisitcs,fMRI studies of language(s), but also includes sociolinguitic research methods and ethnographic methods.

The ideal candidate would have a background in language and cognitive neuroscience. Experience with fMRI data analysis and/or programming would be beneficial. The initial appointment will be for 1 year, with a start date as soon as July 2022. Applicants should upload a CV, article reprints or preprints, and a statement of research interests.
