Sessional Lecturer Positions - September and January Terms.

The University of British Columbia (Vancouver), invites applications from outstanding individuals for teaching undergraduate courses within the Department of Computer Science. The Department seeks multiple Sessional Lecturers to teach individual courses in winter term 1 (September to December, 2022) and/or winter term 2 (January to April 2023).

The Department will consider applicants with previous teaching experience in a post-secondary setting and we will consider applicants whose abilities cover a broad range of topics and levels. Courses of particular interest include CPSC 100, 210, 310, 311, 340, 344, 427, 444 and APSC 160. A Masters or equivalent in Computer Science or related areas is required, with a preference to applicants who possess a PhD. We welcome applications from computer scientists who are active in industry, and in some cases it may be possible to arrange evening lecture sections to accommodate work schedules.
