The Center for Particle Cosmology at the University of Pennsylvania invites applications for postdoctoral positions to begin September 2022. One position is in theoretical particle cosmology, broadly interpreted, ranging from the formal to the empirical sides of the field. A second position in survey data analysis, including applications of machine learning, may also be available. The successful candidates will be free to work on topics of their choice, and encouraged to collaborate with other students, postdocs and faculty at Penn. The Center is looking to grow its vibrant and diverse group of students and postdoctoral fellows. The theoretically oriented faculty at Penn are Vijay Balasubramanian, Mirjam Cvetic, Jonathan Heckman, Bhuvnesh Jain, Justin Khoury, Adam Lidz, Burt Ovrut, Robyn Sanderson, Ravi Sheth and Mark Trodden. We also have a lively experimental program in cosmology and particle physics, with involvement in several leading projects.
