The Georgia Institute of Technology’s School of Public Policy (SPP) is seeking applications for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position. We are seeking a Ph.D. or JD with research expertise in the law, policy or governance of information, and communications security and privacy. Candidates who specialize in FinTech or AI and algorithmic regulation, or health informatics are encouraged to apply. We accept applicants from a variety of disciplinary and field perspectives in keeping with the interdisciplinary profile of our School. A successful candidate will be able to contribute to teaching and service in our growing Master’s degree program in Cybersecurity Policy. Job duties will include research, teaching and advising students, and service activities at Georgia Tech.

The School’s work in these areas benefits from synergy with Georgia Tech’s world class degree programs and research activities in cybersecurity, international relations, computer science, and biomedical engineering. In 2021, Georgia Tech established a new School devoted to Cybersecurity and Privacy and a joint appointment is possible.
