The College of Agriculture and Life

Our program integrates the disciplines of chemistry, biology, nutrition, physiology, biotechnology, engineering, communications, and the social sciences to provide a comprehensive and rigorous education that prepares students for employment or graduate study. Our recently renovated building contains state-of- the-art classrooms, teaching laboratories, research laboratories, a sensory evaluation center, a dairy processing plant, a pilot plant, a teaching winery, and a student product development kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Required Qualifications: M.S. degree in
Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related
field, with prior experience in teaching. Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. degree.
Prior experience in online content development and delivery. Salary: Negotiable and
commensurate with experience, in addition to an attractive benefits package. Term: This is a 12-month
appointment with an initial term of
3 years, renewable
contingent on available work, successful performance, and continued funding. Application: Please submit
