"AsFac" allows you to switch from being in the Administrator role to using the Faculty role temporarily. When you click on this link, it will bring you into the Faculty's Application List, where you now have Faculty access to AcademicJobsOnline data.
Note that you now have available an "AsMgr" link (highlighted in the screen above.) Clicking on this link will take you back to working in the Administrator role.
