Eastern Michigan University’s Department of Computer Science seeks applicants for tenure-track assistant professor positions to begin Fall 2023. The successful applicant must have the ability to teach a variety of Computer Science courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
We are particularly interested in candidates specializing in one or more of these areas: IoT, robotics/hardware/embedded systems, machine learning, cyber security, software engineering, or computer game systems, but all areas will be considered.
Candidates should have completed a PhD in Computer Science or a related field by the time of their appointment. A strong aptitude and desire for teaching and a plan to conduct scholarly research is required.
