Faculty Position in Strategy The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in our Strategy Area at the rank of Assistant Professor with the appointment to begin July 1, 2023, subject to university approval. Our focus is on outstanding candidates whose research interests are in strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and related fields. Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in strategic management or related fields (e.g., economics, organization theory, sociology) by the appointment date.

Interested candidates should electronically submit a cover letter, a current curriculum vitae, and a job market paper, and may optionally append a research statement outlining current and future research interests; up to three sample publications, working papers, or works in progress; and a teaching dossier that includes a teaching statement, course materials and evaluations, or other teaching materials showing evidence of excellent performance in teaching-related activities. Applicants must also arrange to have three letters of recommendation submitted on their behalf, signed and on letterhead.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as of October 15, 2022. The application deadline is November 1, 2022. While first consideration will be given to completed applications received by the deadline, applications received after November 1st may be considered.
