The high energy theory group in the Department of Physics at the University of Michigan welcomes applications for postdoctoral positions starting in the Fall of 2024, in the areas of standard model physics, beyond the standard model physics, astro-particle physics (including dark matter and neutrino physics), string theory, quantum field theory, scattering amplitudes, and gravity, Applicants for this position are automatically considered for prize fellowships as Leinweber Postdoctoral Fellows at the Leinweber Center For Theoretical Physics. The LCTP hosts workshops every year in areas of interest, and LCTP Fellows will be able to benefit from and shape the scientific program of the Center. These positions will include a budget for research and travel expenses.
