Position responsibilities: Individuals will be expected to maintain an extramurally funded health research program, teach in graduate courses, and engage in research activities on campus. Major thematic areas include functional neuroimaging and functional NIRS, oxytocin, and attachment between child and parent. We are looking for individuals who have engaged in clinically oriented research and/or translational research. We are interested in candidates who are actively engaged in neuroimaging research. Prior training and experience in clinical psychology is desirable.

Required Teaching/Research/Clinical Specialty: Successful candidates should have a PhD, or equivalent degree, with a background in clinical psychology. Our research covers a wide range of topics related to IDD and neurodevelopment. We create and deliver training programs that teach and train those who want to enhance the lives of people with disabilities and/or neurodevelopmental disorders. We develop and provide a range of information and resources to individuals with IDD and neurodevelopmental disorders and their families – plus clinicians, educators, and human services agencies.
