The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science at Lehigh University invites applications for one tenure track position in the general areas of computer engineering. The areas of interest include, but are not limited to: embedded and real time systems, energy-efficient architectures, cyber-physical systems, machine learning accelerators, hardware security, accelerators for bioinformatics, and edge computing.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. A successful candidate will be expected to teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels and to build and lead a team of graduate students in Ph.D. research. Candidates should include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, research statement, teaching statement, diversity statement, publication list, and email addresses of at least five references. The diversity statement might include (but is not limited to) the applicant’s experience and vision regarding diversity issues such as recruitment, inclusion, retention, mentoring, and serving as a role model for students from underrepresented groups.
