The string theory group at Cornell invites applications for a 3-year postdoctoral fellowship to begin in fall 2020. The research interests of the string group include all aspects of string theory and AdS/CFT as well as cosmology, the conformal bootstrap, quantum field theory, and general relativity. The group includes faculty members Tom Hartman and Liam McAllister, as well as students and postdocs.

Applicants interested in the conformal bootstrap and related fields will also be considered for membership in the Simons Collaboration on the Nonperturbative Bootstrap (http://bootstrapcollaboration.com).
