The Health Justice Collaborative (HJC) at Lehigh University seeks to hire a post-doctoral fellow with interests in health equity and structural racism. The Institute, directed by Dr. Marilisa Jiménez García, is an intellectual home for research that is grounded in the epistemologies and histories of Black, Indigenous and People of Color in the United States. The mission of the Institute is to engage in research, teaching, learning and transformative action grounded in anti-racism, anti-sexism, and anti-colonialism.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team of faculty and students. At least 25 percent of their time will involve work with community members, context experts, clinicians and other local health and social service providers who, in partnership with the HJC, are building a Health Equity Institute in the Lehigh Valley.
