The Macalester College Chemistry Department invites applications for a one-year visiting position to begin September 1, 2021.  Applicants should have a Ph.D. or ABD in chemistry or a closely related field.  This full-time position will involve teaching general chemistry lecture and laboratory classes.  The position comes with full-time benefits and professional development funds. The Chemistry Department is ACS-approved, committed to excellence in teaching and research, and has seven tenured/tenure-track faculty members.
