| The Hao Yan group in the Department of Chemistry, University of North Texas is looking to fulfill a postdoctoral fellow position with the expected starting date of September 2021. We are particularly interested in candidates with organometallic, physical inorganic and/or high-pressure research backgrounds. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. degree in chemistry, materials science or relevant fields on or around the starting date. The Yan lab works at the nexus of chemistry and high-pressure science, with emphasis on understanding structure-property relationships under extreme mechanical conditions as well as utilizing such environments to create functional molecules and materials.
