The research group of Professor Nikos Sparveris at Temple University within the College of Science and Technology is having an opening for a full-time, non-tenure-track Assistant Professor position.

Professor Sparveris and his research group focus on the study of hadronic matter through medium and high energy experiments in facilities around the world, including the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab) and the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) in Switzerland. Qualified applicants with a Ph.D. in the field of experimental nuclear and particle physics and with experience in nuclear and particle detector systems and data analysis are encouraged to submit a cover letter, CV, research statement, publication list, and provide the name and contact information for three references.
