We invite applications for a postdoctoral research associate to work on JWST observations of high-redshift galaxies magnified by gravitational lensing. Cycle 1 observations include NIRCam imaging and NIRSpec spectroscopy of lensed galaxies as distant as z = 11 (GO 1433; PI Coe), including one z = 6 galaxy extremely magnified to reveal parsec-scale structures (GO 2282; PI Coe). Other science collaboration opportunities will be available and are encouraged.

Local collaborators at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) on JHU's campus include Stephan McCandliss, Dan Coe, Larry Bradley, Bethan James, Alaina Henry, Swara Ravindranath, Nor Pirzkal, Russel Ryan, Susan Kassin, and Marc Postman, to name a few.
